Open a Retirement Account
To apply for a Retirement account, you will need to complete the appropriate application listed below and submit it offline.1
You may apply online for a Non-Retirement account, including Individual, Joint, Custodial for a Minor (UGMA/UTMA), Trust, Corporation or Partnership account. Click here to apply online for a Non-Retirement Account.
IRA Account Application: To apply for an IRA account, including Traditional, Rollover, Roth and SEPP, please download and complete the Premier Select IRA Application.
Small Business Retirement Plan Applications: To apply for a Retirement plan for a Small Business, you may download the application for either a Simple IRA or a Money Purchase or Profit Sharing plan.
After you have downloaded and completed the appropriate Retirement account application, please forward it together with the applicable fees, contributions and/or deposits to the New Accounts Department at following address:

In order to insure proper funding of your account, please staple your check(s) to your application.
After you have submitted your online application, we will review it and confirm approval or, if anything additional is required for approval, we will contact you at the phone number(s) you have provided in the application. The review process is generally completed within two business days. Upon approval, we will assign you a New Account Number and online credentials, including a User ID and Temporary PIN, which you can use to access your online account through our secure SiebertNet website.
Expedited Approval: If you are submitting an application for a new Retirement but would like to expedite delivery and approval, you may fax the completed and signed application to our New Accounts Department at 201-239-5741.
